  • You provide to or is collected by any third party, including other apps, websites, or content that may link to or be accessible from or through Nexus (see Third-Party Information Collection).

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, create an account, or use Nexus. By downloading, creating an account, or using Nexus, you agree to this privacy policy.

Children Under the Age of 16

Nexus is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information from children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on Nexus.

We collect information from and about users of Nexus:

  • Automatically when you use Nexus.

When you download, create an account, or use Nexus, we may ask you to provide information:

As you navigate through and interact with Nexus, including when you download, access, or use Nexus, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, including:

  • Device Information: Unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information.
  • Stored Information and Files: Metadata and other information associated with files stored on your device.
  • Location Information: Real-time information about the location of your device (only for Authorized Users with the role “Dispatcher”).

When you use Nexus or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

  • Move On Security LLC
  • AWS Web Service
  • Your mobile device manufacturer.
  • Your mobile service provider.

  • Provide you with Nexus and its contents.
  • Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
  • Notify you when Nexus updates are available.

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
